  Overall the trip was good ,!Our Driver Takhat was great. Just a tip if travelling to Udaipur do not pre book the boat ride as I did , not happy I was charged Aus $93.80 For 2 People, = IND 5,150 when the cost on site @ Ticket office Is IND 1600 Conversion To Aus = $29.14 for 2P. Don’t like the feeling of being over charged, have raised the issue & stated conversion rate ! No Way

  The trip was very well organized. Everything worked as described and the hotels were well chosen and tidy. A big praise for my nice driver Ram, who made sure that I got from A to B safely and on time and that everything else went smoothly. The local guides were all excellent. Mehindra was particularly helpful in Delhi, taking a lot of time and showing me the city with great motivation. In Jaipur I was lucky enough to be accompanied by Himmet (very competent) for the whole day. Always happy to travel with Tourradar again!

  1. The car provided was good and driving was safe, however the driver had less knowledge of the locations,hotels and the itinerary mentioned by you. He also had no idea from where we have booked our tour. i.e Either from KK holidays or MMT. 2. No communication from your side in aspect of the tour program. 3 . All the hotels which were provided were on the outskirts of the cities. Jaipur and Jodhpur hotel were good but rest all hotels did not looked as if they were 4 star. 4. Bikaner and jaisalmer and udaipur hotel rooms were very basic category and totally isolated from the city centers. At least you should have given options to us or intimated that hotels are far from city centers. When we have trusted you as our tour partner and put up huge amount you also should have tranperancy. 5. The driver had no clue about activities in desert camp. *Everywhere some or the other commission oriented activities he was asking us to do. * Which left us to travel by our own through auto rickshaw internally. 6. In udaipur I had mentioned while booking we wanted to have a hotel near lakeside but as per your information you said lanes are narrow no point in staying near lake as car cannot go.. Most of 4 star properties near lake had parking and that too I have seen big cars passing by. You misguided us. 7.In Jaipur also driver was not keen us taking to Bapu baazaar because all he was looking for commission oriented shops. Same with the elephant Safari, I had mentioned we wanted to have an elephant ride at the Amer fort but same thing due to COMISSION we were taken to Elephant village. My 6 year old son was so disappointed as he could not ride on the elephant. This was due to your no communication with driver. When customers are paying you so much price it is your duty to conduct the tour properly. In fact in entire Rajasthan people are only interested in cheating the tourist that too our own people, Indian people. We were totally disappointed with your tour company.

  Overall the trip was okay with some good bits and bad bits. KK holidays were generally pretty poor, unresponsive to emails and overcharged for things like the boat trip and safari and then didn’t provide a refund for the extra charges. They were also very disorganised, never letting me know where I was staying day to day (completely different hotels to what was advertised) nor what each days ininerary involved. They were also rude on the phone, regularly hanging up. The good bits - the driver was excellent, on time, polite and a good host. There is no guide on the trip but you get guides at some of the city attractions. The notes were overall very good, the safari was excelent. And the trip was a good pace and sees all the key sites Make sure you budget £100 for all entries (none included) and £100-150 for food and drinks. Okay value for money overall and some great places.

  Every thing from Initial communication to Last day was great. Before going with KK Holidays I Tried various other Agents for over months but none of them could come up with Program and Hotel confirmation. But Arun was very prompt in planning our vacation .
