The itinerary in Rovaniemi had several inconsistencies with the real bookings, making difficult for me to trust what was correct and create stress during vacation. My check out of the Igloo hotel was at 8am, but actually was no needed to be so early since the real time booking for Husky adventure was at noon instead of the morning, At same time i learn that the hotel in the city was reserved also for the same night as the Igloo hotel, makes me wonder if that night was double charged. The New years dinner was very confusing, because was reserved under Clarisa travel agency and was not clear the names of the persons also that we were not actually together, so the service start late because they were waiting for everyone to arrived.

- For any tour departing before March 31st, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 31st, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Carisa Travel Group. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
