  Bout India Tours made a lifelong dream come true. From the coordination team to the guides to the drivers and accommodations, everything was incredible. My trip will be something that I will remember for the rest of my life! Such incredible experiences! I highly recommend Bout India when planning a trip to beautiful India. They took care of every detail and was in constant communication with me to ensure that I was enjoying everything about my trip!!! Wonderful company of wonderful people!

  My husband and I recently returned from a 3 week trip to India in November 2024, 2 weeks in the Golden Triangle/Rajasthan areas and one week in Kerala. I booked the trip through Bout India Private Travel Tours, based in Jaipur (Rajasthan) after careful research and receiving quotes from a couple of Indian based travel companies. I was impressed with the website of Bout Travel which is professionally designed and provided lots of details and beautiful photos before I made initial contact with the company. My contact person at Bout was Nitesh Jindal who always responded quickly and thoughtfully to my messages during the planning stages of the trip. We were lucky enough to join Nitesh for dinner during our time in Jaipur which was so much fun! As part of their business strategy, Bout India “ meet and treat” their customers to dinner while they are going through Jaipur which provides a very personal touch to their customers and is just one example how this company goes “above and beyond” for their clients. All the accommodations that were booked by Bout throughout out trip were excellent and the meals and services provided at the various types of accommodations were really good. The accommodations provided a good mix of modern hotels and traditional havelis which we were happy with. I also made some of the hotel bookings using Airmiles/FF points to reduce our overall costs which was totally acceptable to Nitesh at Bout. We had one driver (Raj) during our time in North India and Dennis in Kerala. We really liked both of our drivers and always felt safe in their comfortable vehicles. The traffic and road conditions can be very challenging in India. Both our drivers kept their “cool” during challenging traffic and road conditions and provided excellent service on the trip. We were assigned guides at each of our locations and really enjoyed meeting the guides with their varied backgrounds and levels of expertise. Some that stood out were Hareesh at the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, Neval in Kochi and Geetu for the Village Tour on the Shikara boat in Kerala. We found the communication between the guides and the drivers to be excellent and the guides always texted the drivers in advance so we had minimal wait times that eased the transition at the pick-up points. There were many highlights of our trip with Bout India, the most memorable include: our visit to the majestic Taj Mahal which brought tears to my eyes when we first saw it in the distance from Agra Fort; the safaris at Ranthambore National Park where we were lucky to see and observe at length 3 tigers (a sibling group of 2 males and one female) late one afternoon with our guide Ravi and driver who very worked hard to find these elusive cats for their guests; the visit to Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary to observe thousands of resident birds; attending the Dharohar Folk Dance Show in Udaipur and meeting all the school children there who were so warm and welcoming to us; the 2 hour camel trek into the desert at the Pushkar Camel Fair; and the overnight trip on the Spice Route Cruise aboard the Saffron houseboat which took us into the picturesque Backwaters of Alleppey. Bout Travel India not only provided excellent service but additional surprises and gifts/treats such as bouquets of flowers at various locations, a surprise lunch at the beautiful, historic Imperial Hotel in Delhi, a gift and birthday cake in Jaipur just to name a few. We were happy to visit and meet some of the staff at the Bout Travel office in Jaipur including Geet, Gaurav and the company’s Managing Director, Himanshu Maru who received rave reviews from all the guides, drivers and staff members throughout our trip as a kind and wonderful person to work for. Major kudos must go to Chahat, our Tour Coordinator, who was in touch with us throughout our trip to India. She was the person behind the scenes who solved any logistical problems that arose throughout our travel. Chahat was in frequent contact with the guides, drivers and clients which added an extra level of service, security and peace of mind for us during our 3 week trip. We are happy to provide a 5+ Star review to this energetic and hard-working company who all helped make our trip to India a fun-filled, memorable and exciting experience.

  We spent three weeks touring India with Bout India Tours - two weeks in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Karataka and Rajasthan. The third week was quite a different and most enjoyable experience in Kerala. After nearly 40 hours of exhausting travel from Vancouver Island (Canada), we were delighted at our warm welcome from Rajendra at the Delhi airport (Bout's driver who became our friend over the next two weeks). Raj greeted us warmly, complete with a bouquet of flowers for Bev! Likewise, we enjoyed a similar warm greeting from Dennis, our driver in Kerala, who greeted us two weeks later, with another bouquet! Dennis helped ensure our safety and good health throughout our time in Kerala. To describe Indian traffic as chaotic is perhaps an understatement. We truly appreciated the safety in Raj's and Dennis' professional driving and their helpful suggestions each day. Chahat, Bout's tour coordinator, was also in touch each day, helping with our schedules, providing flexibility and ensuring that we were well looked after. Thanks much for your attention to so many details, Chahat! At each location across four states, Bout organized knowledgeable guides, helping us gain invaluable insights into each location's culture, history, religions, local economy and people. Each day was like a living classroom where we learned and which we enjoyed greatly. Each of our guides is deserving of mention for the knowledge and experience they shared with us: Harry in Delhi; Sandeep in Agra (Taj Mahal); Harish at the incredible Keoloadeo National Park; our two safari guides at Ranthambhore National Park where we were so fortunate to share close encounters with three tigers for 1 and 1/2 hours; Karni in the Pink City (Jaipur); Naveen at the Pushkar camel fair; Sunny at Mehrangarh Fort, etc.; Karni (#2) at Udaipur; Shafeeq in Kochi; Geetu for the excellent Kumarakom Village Tour and Shikara small boat ride! The above is small recognition of the enjoyment that each of the guides provided to our travels and learning. But full descriptions would require an essay! I would be remiss not to mention the excellent accommodations and food that Bout directed us toward. We learned that becoming a vegetarian would be easily accomplished with no sacrifice at all! It was a pleasure to visit Bout India's staff in their Delhi office. An incredible team of enthusiastic people who work hard to ensure each guest's travel experience is exception. Special thanks to Nitesh, a delightful young man, who treated us to dinner on our last evening in Delhi.

  We recently spent 21 fabulous days in India. It was possibly one of the best experiences of our lives. I had wanted to tour Rajasthan and Shimla and had been researching different companies but none of the prearranged tours suited my purpose. The second I contacted Bout India about creating a bespoke tour for my husband and I, everything fell into place. They listened, they communicated with me , providing all the information I needed to trust them to create a wonderful holiday for us. I’d like to thank Rajeev Dhaka for making us feel part of the Bout India family- we felt so warmly welcomed. The tour was beautifully organised and we felt safe and supported throughout, yet having our own independence to be flexible through the day. We had one driver throughout the tour of Rajasthan, the wonderful Amrish ( whose super power was navigating Delhi traffic and reading other drivers minds as to when they might be intending to cut you off). Each new city we drove to on the tour had a new guide. All were from the regions they so proudly and cheerfully talked about. They were excellent, knowledgeable and eager to show us the best Rajasthan has to offer. It was clear everyone’s main concern was us, making sure we were safe and comfortable. We saw amazing palaces , forts , temples, accessed shopping, had time to relax in the hotels and partake in delicious food and beverages. The beautiful Geetanshi from Bout India checked in with us everyday to give itinerary updates and nothing was too much trouble. If you have an idea to travel to India, we highly recommend Bout India to start that conversation. We’ll definitely be asking them to design a trip to Kerala for us in the future.

  I went to India with my mom, and it was amazing thanks to these guys! From the very first interaction to the last goodbye, the crew went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience. I’d like to mention M. Rajeev Dhaka, who helped me create my personalized itinerary. He was very patient and understanding whenever I had questions or requested changes. There’s also Chahat ji—what a wonderful person! She made us feel extremely safe throughout the trip and was just a phone call away whenever we had questions or faced any inconveniences. This trip wouldn’t have been the same without her. I’d also like to mention M. Anil, our guide in Agra. The way he shared his extensive knowledge about the places we visited was truly impressive, not to mention the amazing pictures he took of us! That being said, Bout India really lives up to its name, and you won’t regret partnering with them!

  Bout India did a fantastic job in setting up our tour from providing an outstanding driver in Mr. Singh whom we fully trusted to very knowledgeable and friendly guides in each city. The luxury hotel accommodations were top notch in all cities. They also touched base with us on a daily basis to make sure all was ok. Would highly recommended them to anyone looking for a well organized tour.

  We had an easy, stress free trip, thanks to the wonderful planning provided by Bout India! Our driver was amazing in his ability to jostle in traffic and smooth highways, and kept a steady supply's of cold water and snacks! All our guides were charming and informative and made each historic stop interesting. We’re sorry to leave - had a blissful time in India!

  Our dream vacation was just as we imagined…big thanks to Bout India’s organization and professionalism. They listened to our expectations and delivered. Our operations representative, Chahat, was in daily contact with us, our guides and driver to ensure we were safe and having a good time. Our assigned local guides were knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic to share their city and culture. Our driver, Sonu Ji, was an added gem. He took care to make sure there was always some water and snacks in the car. Safely drove us from destination to destination in the bumper to bumper traffic of India. For that we are very grateful! Overall, we highly recommend Bout India to everyone. They are indeed a trustworthy and reliable company. We will definitely come back to tour South India in the very near future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I had great fun and learned so much about India!
