Prior to booking we got good recommendations and prompt answers to our questions on what to potentially upgrade and which additional excursions to book. All the arrangements from hotels, domestic flight, Nile cruise, guides and transfers were excellent. Communication during our stay was easy through WhatsApp, and Eyad texted me throughout the stay to let me know exact pick up times and meeting points with the guides and to check that we were doing well. All the guides we had were very knowledgeable and pleasant! We learnt so much, and all the arrangements were well organised with good drivers and good quality vans. The cruise boat was really nice. We had two cabins close to each other, the interior of the boat was nice, and the food was really good and varied. We had also included hot air balloon in Luxor, the visit to Abu Simbel and the visit to the Nubian village. All very good. The visit to the Nubian village is a must, because the scenary along the Nile is so worth it! We can highly recommend this trip and Itaca Holiday. The booking through TourRadar was also very convenient. We normally do a lot of booking ourselves, but this trip is more complicated to organise and we were really happy that we trusted Itaca Holiday to organise our Egypt adventure!
