Mark our tour guide was very thorough, considerate and knowledgeable with a contagious enthusiasm so there was never a dull moment. Hotels and food were excellent. Mr Kim was our expert driver. Very pleased to have picked this time of year to see the spectacular autumn foliage on our travels. No hesitation in recommending. Add a couple of days on end to enjoy sights of Seoul if you can.Show more

I believe we all could understand him, but he had a hard time understanding some of our questions. overall, he did a very good job on our tour. I think the tour could be lengthened so that the time at each stop could be increased. I would rather have walked around and explore the town instead of watching the satire show.Show more

A small group from 12 to 10 and Mark made us like one family.He takes care of his team to the tee and keeps us updated with the itineraries in a daily basis in details.He is very knowledgeable, very respectful and it's your fault if you missed a thing with his explanations .The food is excellent and hotel accommodation is all that were mentioned. I guess I was lucky to be in a small group of really nice people but the tour was good not just because of that. It was well organised and provided a good balance between fun experiences, like wearing the hanbok or going to Spaland in Busan, and more historic and spiritually deeper experiences like visiting tombs and temples or participating in a tea ceremony prepared by a female Buddhist monk. Our guide, Mr Jay, was knowledgeable, caring and a lot of fun, and he certainly made sure we didn’t go hungry!! Food was superb and the hotels were excellent. This time, he touched the 3 different kingdoms (Goguryeo, Baekje & Silla) the culture, the food, the history & most of all the Josun period etc, which interested me so much & which developed my unquench able thirst for knowledge of Korea. The meal selection was satisfying, the tour itinerary was detailed, the transport was comfortable & Mr Jay was experience & knowledgeable. As for the accommodation, a couple of the hotels did not reach my expectation. - THToby· November 4th, 2024Not a wellness tour - but a fantastic way to get a taste and flavour of South Korea with a fantastic guide. Jay was superb and was very enthusiastic to share knowledge of his country. He did so with great English and a nice amount of humour too. Very good guide, an asset to Hana tour. The tour took in many sites on an anti-clockwise round trip of S. K. I was worried that the itinerary would be too busy for my wife who has early stages of dementia, but she was fine. We rested when we could and I think the itinerary was great. I think there could be one or two improvements to the itinerary but this would be to suit our needs which may not suit everybody so overall a good itinerary. The bus was perfect: my wife gets travel sick and normally has to sit near the front but in this large coach she was fine at the back. Nice comfortable bus for 20-30 people (we had 20). All meals included: the food was incredible and there was far too much. But this should be described as a foodies tour not a wellness tour.
