I am a frequent traveler, sometimes by my own others take a tour. All the hotels were very good (though in the Sirkeci Mansion Hotel I was given a smaller room on the last nights I stayed there). The food honestly was not the best, in all the lunches provided alway had the same: lentils soup, meat balls, but not typical food, just the name. The guides: The one in Istanbul, Issey (can’t rember the correct writing), was not a best option. I was surprised I was the only one, like a private tour but didn’t fulfilled the expectations at all. I requested to skip the carpet shop because I know what to expect and was not to buy anything, she agreed so instead to go to the bazaar as I asked she did the contrary. I felt so uncomfortable and upset, loosing my time in something I requested not to do, First time a guide asked if I’m going to tiip. The second guide in Troy, Mustafa, so knowledgeable and friendly. The last guide in Gallipoli, Burak was a very dynamic, friendly and easy to follow. Last, I don’t know WHERE the confusion or mistake was when I was pretended to be charged $149.00 to transfer me from the hotel to the airport, at the end this was solved. I really will thing of other tour operator for further travels.

I loved turkey, it was the safe way for a single woman to travel in turkey, as an aussie- Gallipoli was the highlight for me. The guides were very informative, speaking perfect English and the bus drivers safe and gave plenty of 'turkush time' :) the hotel i stayed at for first, second and forth night - the sirkeci mansion hotel was above my expectations and they even upgraded me to top level suite on the last night, it really made my trip :) i only have 2 negatives, the hotel before troy tour - the Iris hotel, canakkale was extremely poor, not even a 3 star, no coffee or comforts in room, old smelly room and bedding and the food was cold, portion controlled and unimaginative - you had no option as it was in the middle of nowhere and no other food outlets around. The other negative was that i was dropped off at nightmare hotel at 5pm and my 2 hour troy tour commenced at 2pm the next day, as stated there was nothing to do, way to windy and cold to walk the beach so i lost a day of my short 5 day tour, better planning is needed for this, definitely never put anyone in the Iris again and make sure if there will be free time that it's in a location with shops or attractions. Istanbul Is such a huge, busy & vibrant city w/so much to see & do, it would have been overwhelming & such a waste of precious time to try navigating that on our own without the help of TourRadar and our excellent guide Ozzie. With a guide, you could skip the LONG lines and discover the best in sites, history, food, etc. I especially enjoyed Ozzie recommending her favorite food places which we got to sample a few and they were delicious!! Some of us even returned the next day to eat more!

Great tour with a variety of activities accessible for everyone. Ozlem was fun, knowledgeable, and quick on her feet, making sure everyone had a great time and got to try anything they could think of.

Excellent meet&great at airport, very good transport from and to. Very good hotel location within walking distance to all sites. Good hotel. Although adequate, booked room lowest basic rate. Very friendly, accommodating staff, excellent b/f buffet. Professional tour guide, good presentations at sites and on boat tour, cost of which seemed overpriced looking at posted prices at dock. Overall a very satisfactory experience, can recommend this tour operator.

The 2 afternoons we had with guide were good but surprised that even though your info said go for short drive we went on Tranway (and paid). Also we didn't get to go across to suspension Bridge to Asian side of Istanbul. Guide seemed very surprised when I showed him the printout of our tour details. Your information should also state that to enter any of the attractions you mentioned visiting cost extra !!

Hotel very centrally located, very nice tour guide. The trip would have been very good if the sightseeing program had been a bit more extensive.

Tour good with stunning Islamic architecture but the hotel could have been improved with my room to be cleaned every day which it wasn't. Also, on the first day the guide was late And had to be notified.
