Tour was well organised and safe. Would recommend to young people nervous about solo travel. Tour is not centered around culture or learning about Thailand. It is a great way to see the country but don't expect Tour guide to answer questions on the places you visit, their job is to keep the group in good spirits and to allow clients to feel free from the responsibility of organising travel. All in all had a really fun time with a great group of people.
- by Roisin Egan O NeillEverything about this tour was fantastic from start to finish. The itinerary is very well constructed to make the days feel full but not tiring. It felt like longer than 2 weeks in the best way possible. Best parts for me were Khao Sok (wild elephants), Phi Phi, all the parties and group games we played, and most of all the elephant sanctuary. It was intimate and not at all rushed; everything you could ask for. Jamie and Jacob were amazing tour guides. They gave great recommendations, organized transportation so we never waited a second, and most of all were fun and engaging. The people on this tour are what put it over the top for me. This was an unforgettable experience with lifelong friends and memories. Book this tour!

Brilliant trip from start to finish and Jabs was a super tour leader. Great mix of activities included alongside downtime. we covered a lot of ground in the 12 days and it was great having all the organisation and logistics taken care off

The hotels were beautiful, the (many) guides we met were so lovely but the communication was very poor. The itinerary did not reflect what was available to us, we would ask for confirmation of pick-up times to help organise our mornings and leisure days but were made to feel we were bothering the organiser. Each guide/driver we met (for 1 hour max. each and never the same person) would ask where we've been and where we were heading, clearly not having been communicated to either. Beautiful country, just unfortunately more stressful than a pre-booked trip should be.
- by Gemma HayesThis trip was an absolute dream! The tour team was so kind and made sure we were always ok. We have 1 issue which they worked quickly and hard to resolve. I strongly encourage anyone who is thinking of booking this to do so! Takes away the stress of planning while putting together an amazing itinerary. The perfect amount of excursions & leisure time. Highly recommend!!! A big thank you to the entire Realistic Asia tour group!

Our Bangkok tour guide, Jay, was fantastic! Very knowledgable of the area, with good advice for us as tourists and most importantly so friendly and helpful.
- by Sharyn Te WaniThe tour guides were very good and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall it was a great experience in Bangkok and Phuket.

Bus journeys to long. Getting from A to B is difficult when there’s a language barrier. All photos of accommodation were enhanced and not true to what you expected. Not all accommodation places had fridges and kettles in rooms as described in itenary. No available water to shower after hot day out. In one of hostels mattresses were very stained and wasn’t pleasant to look at from bottom bunk bed. Pictures on website of hostel were supposed to be removed last September but haven’t been. Looked lovely but very disappointed when we got there.
- by Lynn VisserThe nature and the scenery was very beautiful and a really nice way to get out of the tourist trap this is Phuket. The tour was broken into two parts both times I was the only solo traveller which was a bit lonely at some points. The first part in the Jungle was amazing, incredible guide Yaya and the jungle trekking was awesome. The elephant ride was not so good as the elephants did not seem very well treated and were constantly poked with metal prods to keep them in line seemed quite cruel. The second part of the tour was terrible and this was all due to the guide. The nature is self was very beautiful and again an amazing place to visit however a tour guide can really make or break and experience. The group I had was made up of myself, two Austrians and four Russians (Who could all speak good English) and the guide Sasha who hardly ever spoke English and only spoke Russian. As a tour guide myself in my home country I can confidentially say he was the worst tour guide I have ever come across. I won't go into too much detail but I when you are paying for an English Speaking tour guide and receive one who can hardly string together a few sentences in English and does the minimal commentary in Russian even after you ask him to speak English does not make for a good experience. Having said that the first half of the tour was amazing, the Thai guide Yaya was very knowledgable, fun and interactive with the group. I don't regret going but would probably not recommend going alone and hopefully you get a better guide than Sasha because it is a fantastic place to visit when in Thailand.

This trip was an incredible mix of cultural and natural experiences. The diverse landscapes and activities kept the trip exciting and memorable. Phuket was a great start with its lively markets and beautiful beaches. Phang Nga Bay’s canoe trip through sea caves and mangroves was both peaceful and thrilling, and seeing the famous James Bond Island by my own eyes was a dream come true. On the downside, the weather was quite unpredictable. We had a few rainy days that affected some outdoor plans, and the transfers between islands occasionally had delays, which was a bit frustrating. But these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise amazing trip.

Overall, it was a good experience that I wouldn’t do again😁 it’s a backpacking tour, but some of the hostel we stayed in has no AC and it was not one location. The places we visited were amazing and lucky me to see these places. Tour guide was not welcoming at start but and she didn’t introduce us to each other properly.
- by Naif Bin DayilJay Jay and Morgan were great tour guides! My husband and I requested private accommodations the first day of the tour (for a separate upgraded cost, of course) and they made those arrangements for us seamlessly. They also had numerous recommendations for food and activities on the days we had free time, which was very helpful. We loved this tour and enjoyed our time immensely!

We loved snorkelling and visiting these beach resorts. We were in a group who were all lovely and we had the most amazing adventure - thank you! It gave us the confidence to then continue our month long trip around Thailand on our own.
- by Barbara CaseyPleasant. Don’t expect any sailing, it’s motorboat catered for tourists who want to relax, suntan and read a book and eat lots of good food. The wind wasn’t always there to be true but even when it was we had a scheduled tour so not many tourists were up for it so captain has to follow itinerary. It’s a bit sad as the boat crew are all very seasoned sailors who just make a nice little cruise for the middle aged. It’s 2 and 1/2 days not 4 as advertised. Main company is Intrepid and they have so many safety rules, makes you feel like a child in a holiday camp. I had a good time but definitely I’d like to try a proper sailing boat next time.

Excellent program, varied, optional. Good meals Deceiving advertising (it is not located on the beach) Rooms are good but there is no divider between the shower and the rest of bathroom. Water gets everywhere and it’s soaked.
- by Doug CargoFood was excellent ,instructions and programs were good however accommodations were quite substandard.
