We are pleased to inform you that our 100% customers have expressed satisfaction with the food we provide in our tour packages, and we are always open to suggestions to improve the experience. We also want to address the concern about your stay at Bakhan Village Resort. We truly regret that the road construction caused delays in getting there, and we understand how this impacted your experience. Please note that this situation was beyond our control, and we hope you will have the chance to return to Bakhan Village Resort in the future, where you will be able to enjoy its full charm once the construction is completed. In regard to the overnight boat cruise in Halong Bay, we would like to clarify that there was no request made by you to upgrade to a higher cabin category. We also did not receive any payment for such an upgrade, so we could not have arranged it. We strive for transparency in our services, and we want to ensure there is no confusion, especially for our future travelers.
